2008 MID WINTER CONFERENCE
March 16 – March 19, 2008
January 19, 2007.
The Texas High School Athletic Directors will be hosting our annual
mid-winter conference in Arlington, Texas, March 16 – March 19, 2008.
The Region 3 Athletic Directors are preparing an outstanding week of
activities and we look forward to being your host.
It is my pleasure to also serve as Exhibitor Chairman for this event. If
you have been with us before, we thank you for your support. If you are
considering joining our vendor group this year, we welcome you and pledge
the cooperation of our organization to provide the best that the
Dallas/Ft. Worth Area has to offer. Our conference will be held at the
beautiful Wyndham Hotel in Arlington.
Vendor space charge for our conference is $350.00. An application is
enclosed and I urge you to return it as soon as possible. Information
packets will be sent to paid vendors in December. I have received many
inquiries from many of you and look forward to securing your booth soon.
In addition to the vendor contract, we have added a page which shows the
various levels for sponsorships. We would also encourage you to
think about these opportunities as well while you are planning for our
conference in Arlington.
