QUALIFICATIONS:     
    Certified Texas teacher Five years coaching experience Head coaching experience (preferred) Coordinator experience (preferred)     
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direction and management of all football programs grades 7-12. Contribute to the educational success of student-athletes. Actively promote character education and citizenship and create an environment where all students have an opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities. Ensure compliance with local, state and UIL requirements.     
    Strong communication, public relations, organizational and interpersonal skills; Ability to interpret policy, procedures and data; Knowledge of district, state and UIL policies governing athletics.     
COMPENSATION: Salary based on qualifications and experience.
