The 2020 THSADA State Conference and Tradeshow has been re-scheduled to July 12-15, 2020 at the Waco Convention Center.  Fortunately the Waco Convention Center and contracted Hotels had this availability where we can still meet the commitments of our contracts and hold our conference in its entirety. Below are your next steps.

    Hotels:

    If you booked through the THSADA hotel reservation links,  Below are instructions for what to do with your hotel reservations, based on each hotel’s policy.

    If you DID NOT book through the THSADA hotel reservation links, you will need to contact the hotel directly and revise your reservations.

    The following hotels will automatically transfer your old reservations to the new dates, If you booked through the THSADA hotel reservation links:
