Customized, end-of-season athletic surveys. Gather comprehensive data from entire teams about their athletic experience! Schools too often only hear from students that are upset or more commonly, their parents! This 3% (or less) is vocal and usually proclaims everyone feels this way (which is not generally the case). Our program let’s you review the season through the eyes of your student athletes. We give the 95% having a good or GREAT experience a voice. The data generally supports your coaches and your programs. You can use the data to acknowledge a job well done by individual coaches and staff or as a group. If the data doesn’t support your efforts, then you, as athletic director, NEEDED TO KNOW and now have a tangible document to use for setting improvement goals.
