The Texas High School Athletic Directors Association (THSADA) serves as the professional association for all Athletic Administrators in the state of Texas. THSADA provides professional education opportunities and serves as a vehicle in networking and the exchange of information conducive to all Athletic Administrators.

JHAMS INDIVIDUAL

- Available for any active member who becomes disabled, retired, or inactive for other causes who has been a member of THSADA for a minimum of 10 years.

- THSADA Membership year begins July 1st and ends June 30th.
THSADA MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
- Regardless of your Membership Type, all member profiles must be updated at enrollment/renewal, and any time changes occur during the year that relate to the member’s Region, County, (C)ISD, Employment, E-mail, Phone Number, etc.
- This includes Group Members who may have been enrolled by a Key Contact or Admin within the ISD or Private School Administration. You must log in and update your own information so as not to impact your ability to participate in THSADA events, nominating or voting!

- The enrollment fee and membership expiration date does not change, regardless of the month in which you enroll as a THSADA Member
- The limited timeframe for ALL Group Membership enrollment/renewal (High School & JHAMS) is July 1st through October 15th each year
- All Individual Memberships are activated when the required fee has been paid
- THSADA Membership Fee is Non-Refundable & Non-Transferrable
- Become familiar with your THSADA region as that information is required during enrollment
- Once your membership is in ACTIVE status, your membership card can be downloaded by going to www.thsada.com, logging in using the “Member Login” button and selecting the “Print Your Membership Card” button found in the Quick Links box to the right
THSADA RESOURCE ACCESS for ACTIVE MEMBERS
- Networking Opportunities – Take advantage of THSADA opportunities to communicate and collaborate with other professional administrators around your Region and/or the state of Texas
- Annual Events – Attend all THSADA events, such as Fall Forum, Spring Sponsor Showcase, and State Conference, etc.
- THSADA Nominations and Voting – Active Individual and Group Members are eligible to nominate and vote in THSADA association elections.
- Members Only Resource Page – Members have access to documents and presentations submitted and shared by Athletic Directors around the state.
- CPE (CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION) CREDITS – The CPE sessions below are offered at THSADA Annual Events and videos associated with each event become available for members who attended:
- TAAC (Texas Athletic Administrators Certification) Program – – Certification program with classes offered at THSADA events, such as Fall Forum, State Conference and Spring Sponsor Showcase.
- QUAD-A (Aspiring Athletic Administrators Academy) – This program provides a curriculum addressing those duties and responsibilities specific to becoming a Texas Athletic Administrator at any classification level
- JHAMS (Junior High and Middle School) – Professional Development program structured specifically for Junior High and Middle School Athletic Coordinators
- Resume/Review-Mock Interview Sessions (State Conference) – Opportunity to have your resume reviewed by either an ISD Superintendent of ISD Director of Athletics and go through an athletic administrators Mock Interview session with a Superintendent/Athletic Director
- Regional Meetings – Held throughout the year in respective THSADA Regions with relevant AD discussion and sponsor representation – Available to active THSADA members
- Newsletter – Tri-annual publication written by and for Athletic Administrators regarding THSADA news and events
- E-News – Bi-weekly updates from THSADA Association and Regions around the state of Texas
- Buyers’ Guide – Allows THSADA members to access information essential in building budgets, ordering materials and equipment, and contacting our sponsors when needed during the school year

FALL FORUM
Annual event held in the Fall semester offering TAAC classes and professional networking opportunities
SPRING SPONSOR SHOWCASE
Annual event held in MID-Spring offering TAAC and QUAD A classes and featuring a tradeshow held specifically for THSADA sponsors
ANNUAL STATE CONFERENCE
A 4-day event filled with professional development opportunities, networking, informative sessions lead by experienced, qualified speakers and access to exhibitors
HALL OF HONOR CEREMONY
A celebration conducted at THSADA's Annual State Conference which includes: Hall of Honor Inducations, Joe Bill Fox Award, Region Administrator of the Year and NIAA Awards
