    What the THSADA Association office does?

    1. Handle the day-to-day business of the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association
    2. Ensure that the operational protocol for the THSADA corresponds to the THSADA By-Laws
    3. Organize and Coordinate the State Conference
    4. Develop the State Conference Professional Education agenda
    5. Handle Registration for THSADA Membership and State Conference registration
      – THSADA membership – 1,850
      – Membership Year: July 1st – June 30th  
    1. Work regularly with the UIL/THSCA/TGCA
    2. Represent the THSADA regarding UIL initiatives and programs
    3. Administer 3 Board of Directors meetings a year
    4. Develop and Coordinate Fall Forum and Spring Sponsor Showcase
    5. Develop and coordinate all sponsorships for the THSADA
    6. Develop and maintain the thsada.com web site
    7. Coordinate and manage the PBK-THSADA Hall of Honor Banquet
    8. Communicate with THSADA membership on a regular basis through the
      -THSADA eNews/THSADA Newsletter.
    1. Work with Regional Directors on Association consistency as it pertains to the business of the THSADA
    2. Coordinate all activities of the THSADA Committees
    3. Oversee both QUAD A and JHAMS Professional Education Programs.
    4. Represent the THSADA at meetings, functions and conferences where the THSADA needs to have a presence.
    5. Oversee all the programs, initiatives and functions of THSADA.
