P/ATH Sports is a non-profit that creates and shares a library of completely free short form videos that build critical life skills for student athletes. Each 3-4-minute personal message from well-known and highly successful professional, Olympic, and Paralympic athletes and coaches includes prompts for discussion and action by individuals and teams. No prep time is required and the resources can be highly effective in as little as 10 minutes per week.
